The cosy sitting room with sofa seating contains a Freeview TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine leading onto a garden room and a private south-facing garden. There is a downstairs bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; a large double en suite (toilet and washbin) with a single futon upon request and also a small double bedroom with a garden view. Gas central heating throughout. One on-site parking space provided. Bedding and towels are provided.
